Frequently Asked Questions for ACT Prolite Flywheel for 2004+ STi (600240) VIS • Perfect mating with the ECMTuning
What should I clarify if I need to communicate with a seller in another language?
Ask the seller to explain ambiguous wording rather than choosing a favorable interpretation. Do not interpret a brief polite reply as acceptance of an unstated condition.
What should I remove before sharing an order screenshot publicly?
Remove personal contact information that the audience does not need. Check for visible order references that could expose private purchase information.
What should I check when current terms differ from my saved order information?
Check whether the difference concerns the whole policy or a single product option. Use the designated case or support process to keep the discussion consistent.
